Jason brings over 13 years of design, construction, and project management experience across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, estate quality residential (EQR), and mixed-use development. Jason has experience on various projects, including ground-up, building repositioning, major renovation, and complex, phased construction projects. Jason brings a robust understanding of construction means and methods, schedules, contracts, change orders, and the entire project lifecycle process to the team. Due to his prior experience as a contractor, Jason has significant knowledge about risks that can occur on projects like these. He will use this knowledge and experience to ensure the projects progress as efficiently as possible while avoiding pitfalls.
